Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Perfumer H purchase, but if you change your mind, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances or candles that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our client service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, pristine condition and securely packed in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Perfumer H is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
